Ultshare processes video on your device, not in the cloud. Here’s exactly what we collect, why, and the controls you keep.
We use the information above to run the service you asked for: activating your license, processing payments, sending product updates, and answering support requests. We don’t use your personal data for advertising, and we never sell it.
Joining, trimming and exporting happen locally on your device — your raw footage is never uploaded to our servers. The only exception is when you choose a cloud export destination (like YouTube or Google Drive), in which case your video goes directly from your device to that service.
We share personal data only with the service providers required to operate Ultshare — payment processing, email delivery and crash reporting — under contracts that limit how they can use it. If we’re ever legally required to disclose data, we’ll push back and notify you where we’re permitted to.
Our website uses a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to understand aggregate page usage. Our desktop app sends anonymous crash and performance reports only with your permission — you can switch this off anytime in Settings.
