If Ultshare isn’t for you, request a refund within 30 days and we’ll return 100% of what you paid. Renewal payments are covered too: cancel within 30 days of a renewal and we’ll refund that charge as well.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few extra days for the money to appear on your statement.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Billing. Your Pro access stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Cancelling during the 7-day free trial means you’ll never be charged at all.
